Hatha Yoga in English - beginners
This beginners level class is asana practice based on the synthesis of different hatha yoga schools. The class includes asanas as well as pranayama, meditation and relaxation techniques.
The practice of Yoga IS NOT a quick way to fix one's troubles, it IS NOT about obtaining perfect physical form, bulging muscles or acrobatic flexibility. The aim of Hatha Yoga is to purify and discipline the body and the mind, to acquire heightened awareness - both physical and spiritual.
With regular practice, two times per week or more, students find that their lives become deeply influenced by the Hatha Yoga discipline. The teachings and disciplines of Hatha Yoga work on the body and mind, but also have an amazing effect on the student's spirit. With practice, the body grows strong and the mind becomes clear. You begin to notice that you make different choices in life - from the things they buy to what and how they eat.

Занятие включает в себя практику асан, вобравшую наработки основных школ хатха-йоги, пранаямы, техники медитации и релаксации. Основная цель курса — научиться постоянно помнить себя, осознавать и работать со своим телом, умом и жизненной энергией и таким образом подготовить практикующего к более серьезным духовным практикам.
